SMART App Launch

iEHR offers SMART App Launch 2.0.0, enabling seamless integration and testing of your healthcare applications.

Configuring Your Application​

  1. Create Your Client Application: In your iEHR project, create a Client Application.

  2. Add URIs: Include the JWKS URI, Redirect URI, and Launch URI in the Client Application and save the configuration.

Registering Patients​

To test your setup, ensure you have registered patients in your user account with the necessary credentials. You can invite a patient from your admin panel by selecting "Patient" from the dropdown menu at the top of the page.

Launching from iEHR App​

  1. Navigate to the Patient Page: Select a patient from the list.

  2. Access the Apps Tab: Go to the Apps tab for the selected patient. The URL should look like this: https://app.iehr.ai/Patient/{id}/apps.

  3. Launch the Application: Click on the Client Credential application link you generated. You will be prompted to re-authenticate with the patient credentials.
